Any image manipulation you perform (cropping, rotating, resizing, color correction, etc) are all remembered as changes to that original image and not as new images. – FotoFusion stores references to images as opposed to permanently resizing images to make them fit into your layout.
– The dotScrap Alliance is a new Scrapbooking industry consortium based around FotoFusion – including K & Company, Creative Imaginations, Daisy D’s, Westrim, KI Memories, L’il Davis,, , M圜liqueTV, SEI, and more. – Find your images faster with a completely rewritten Image Organizer and direct folder access. – FotoFusion’s search engine helps you find content quickly – both locally and on the LumaPix servers. – Images and other content can be rated, allowing you to indicate how well you like particular shots in your database and then search to find only the best shots of a particular subject. – A ‘bucket’ holds images that are grouped by any criteria you like, as a stepping-stone to deeper organization. – Organize your images into custom, hierarchical categories that you define. – Images in your collection can be tagged with keywords using the new Organizer in FotoFusion v4. – FotoFusion supports templates – those which you create on your own, and those which you select from the online library by browsing within the FotoFusion interface. – LumaPix and the dotScrap Alliance offer an ever-growing database of beautiful and sophisticated elements, templates and complete projects. The results can be tuned with interactive control over cropping, sizing, rotation, etc if desired. Click again and see a completely new arrangement. – Produce a unique arrangement for a selection of pictures with a single click. Effect presets transform images in one-click, while advanced settings allow you to adjust blending options and create your own recipes. Image blending modes can be applied to a single photo or “mixed in” with the canvas using background modes to create stunning overlaid results. I can't find any reviews on Momento (Not Memento) so it may not be very popular. The most powerful image tool to be added to the FotoFusion family in a long time, blending modes allow you to enhance your images in unique and beautiful ways.
#Lumapix fotofusion v4 pro#
I'm still not sure that Momento offers anything more than FF but Momento Pro 3 seems to have come out in April 2019 so they are keeping it current. It's possible that as an owner of FF 5 you did not get the offer.
#Lumapix fotofusion v4 upgrade#
The offer they sent to me was to upgrade from FF 3 or 4 and they also included the opportunity to purchase Momento Pro 3 for $49.99. I'm not sure if the offer applies if you have FF 5. Memento Composites has the features I use, however, it’s subscription only at 99.95 USD / monthĪlso saw the news that you will not be able to activate FotoFusion versions 3 and 4 after May 31, 2019–let’s say if you buy a new computer Looks like Lumapix split FotoFusion into 2, Memento Pro for wedding albums and Memento Composites for school stuff Poking around in the website, I found another version, Memento Composite I can't find any detailed comparison between the two but Fotofusion has not been updated in quite some time so they may abandon it in favor of Momento. They sell Momento for $299.99 so it's quite a discount. The offer is $49.95 for Fotofusion v5 and $49.95 for Momento Pro 3. I did not receive the discount email, I might purchase Memento if it’s only $49.95, if Memento can be used on other stuff besides wedding albums I’m wary to purchase anything from Lumapix again, due to my experiences with FotoFusion and their support (or lack thereof).Īnyway, I’m interested in other people’s experiences with Memento, specifically about support, and if it can be used for z cards, senior cards, and class collages
#Lumapix fotofusion v4 license#
I guess the subscription model did not work out as good as they hoped, so they’re offering the perpetual license now Templates also stopped working, error messages on fonts not supported or something Later I found out that it was because it could not verify my copy as the Amazon servers were down I had a time-critical project and FotoFusion would not even load-no reply from Lumapix. I gave up around 2 years ago some time after Lumapix stopped supporting FotoFusion.
I occasionally used FotoFusion v5 Extreme for these purposes Memento looks like it’s for wedding photogs, I can’t see anything about making senior cards or class collages I didn’t even look at it when it was first introduced, as they emphasized subscription only
